Return and refund

 


Paul Cortese wants its customers to be fully satisfied.
If for any reason the product you have purchased does not meet expectations or if it is faulty, it may be returned for refund or replacement by following a simple yet important procedure.
If you have problems with the refund or return please contact Customer Service for assistance.

The return and refund procedure is governed and updated according to the regulations in force on selling remotely, which implement the European Directive 2011/83.

 

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE

You can return the item/s purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

Procedure:
Make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them, with the labels and tags inside the packaging.
In particular, labels and tags must not be ruined, missing or deteriorated. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, and they should include all labels and tags.

You must:
- send an email to Customer Service via the Contact us page, specifying the order number and the codes of the products to be returned;
- once we receive your email, within 10 working days we will send you instructions on how to return the goods;
- the items to be returned must be sent within 10 working days and they must be in the same condition as they were received; they must be returned in the original packaging (in good condition) with the relevant documents.

You will be refunded the price of the single items returned.
You shall cover the shipment and return charges.

 

THE GOODS DELIVERED ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED

You can return the item/s purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

Procedure:
Make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them, with the labels and tags inside the packaging.

You must:
- send an email to Customer Service via the Contact us page, specifying the order number and the codes of the products to be returned;
- once we receive your email, within 5 working days we will send you instructions on how to return the goods;
- the items to be returned must be sent within 10 working days and they must be in the same condition as they were received; they must be returned in the original packaging (in good condition) with the relevant documents.

You can choose whether you want a refund of the amount spent for the items or a replacement with items of a value equal to that of the items returned.
Paul Cortese shall cover all shipment and return costs.

 

REFUND TIME

Once we receive the returned goods they are checked to make sure they are in exactly the same condition as they were sent.
If the items are in the same condition we will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the return and within 30 working days you will receive the refund for the items purchased.
Any shipment charges and ancillary costs paid when you ordered the goods shall not be refunded.

 

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If the product you have ordered is no longer available, you will immediately receive an email to inform you.

You can then choose:
- to be refunded;
- to replace the item no longer available with one of the same value or higher. If the value of the new item is higher, we will inform you on how to pay the difference.
