GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

These general sales conditions (hereinafter "General conditions") are drafted as provided for by the Italian Civil Code, according to Legislative Decree no. 70 of 09.04.2003 on information society services and electronic commerce and to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06.09.2005 (known as the Consumer Code). These General conditions govern the offer and sale of products through the website www.paulcortese.com.

 

PRICES, PURCHASE CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

  1. The applicable prices are those shown on our website at the time of order and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable in compliance with the regulations in force; prices are in euros, or in local currency for countries outside the euro zone (if the price list is available).
  2. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. The user is therefore responsible for checking the final price before submitting the order.
  3. The seller also has the right to apply different sales prices according to the country of destination of the products.
  4. The payment of the products may be made using electronic methods through the circuits specified on the website or upon delivery, where available.
  5. If payment is made by credit card, the amount shall be taken from the user's account upon shipment of the products.
 


INFORMATION REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO THE AGREEMENT

  1. It is forbidden to enter data that is not true, in whole or in part; the personal details and email provided must, therefore, be personal and real, and must not belong to third parties and/or be invented.
  2. By filling in the registration form, the user confirms under his/her sole responsibility, the following:
    1. the data provided to activate the service is true and correct;
    2. to be eighteen years old or over;
    3. to act as consumer.
  3. The products shown on the site are offers to the public pursuant to Art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code; by filling in and correctly submitting the order on the site, the user therefore accepts the aforesaid offers. The agreement shall therefore be considered entered into upon receipt by the seller of the order form.
  4. The seller however reserves the right not to accept the order, if the credit card payment is not authorised by the relevant issuer
  5. The user may, at any time, check his/her order status by accessing the reserved area on the site.
 

 

GUARANTEE

Paul Cortese works with suppliers and manufacturers that explicitly state that none of the Paul Cortese branded items supplied contain substances included in the SVHC list in amounts greater than 0.1% by weight, according to Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), in particular to the provisions of articles 33 and 67, point 1. None of the products contain the substances listed in annex XVII to the REACH. Any updates to the list of restricted substances listed in Annex XVII shall be continuously monitored in order to safeguard the health of consumers.
Each product is distinguished by its natural characteristics that make it unique. The nuances and differences in colour from one item to another are part of the originality of the treatment and contribute to the uniqueness of the garment.
